October 27, 2006/Book Signing

My mother, Sophie Gramm, received her autographed book from me at ninety-two years old. She resides at the Liberty Commons Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center in Chatham, Massachusetts. My husband, Al, is in the background.

The bottom picture shows Mom and I looking at the family pictures throughout the book.

On February 5, 2007, our beloved mother, Sophie Gramm, passed away at ninety-two years old from a massive stroke. God gave us three days at the Cape Cod Hospital to be by her side to say our goodbyes. We held her hand as she took her last breath; the same as my daughter.

My faith helps me to know that God is mericful and loving. He has his reasons to call each of us home.

I'm thankful that she got to see and hold my book after it got published.
